Entry level has a Bunk room with one single over single bunk bed and one single over double, along with a full  bathroom including a bathtub.  There is also the secure, attached garage with parking for 1 vehicle and ski storage.
Second floor has more sleeping areas. The ample Master bedroom with Fireplace, TV, 3 piece ensuite and access to the hot tub on the deck. The 2 Bunk rooms each include a single over double bunk bed and access to the main bathroom with steam shower. The laundry facilities are also on this floor.
Top level boasts 800 square feet of the living area. The Spacious Open Floor concept has the kitchen centered between the living and dining room areas. The dining area is at the rear with views of the ski run. The living room is located in the front with views to the south.  Powder room is adjacent to the dining room.

Airy and spacious living room area with floor to ceiling windows on the third level. Distinctive and comfortable couches for relaxed times in the living room with our 42" TV, Home Theatre system and stereo, fireplace and views to the south. Access to deck with BBQ.

Our stylish dining room area is adjacent to the kitchen with views of the ski run. Enjoy a gourmet dinner around our dining table that seats 8 people comfortably with 4 additional stools available.

Exquisitely appointed kitchen.  Stainless steel appliances, polished granite counter tops, and every type of cookery you will need for any type of meal.  This kitchen was made for entertaining large family and friend's gatherings.  The dinning room table seats 8 perfectly and there is 4 breakfast bar stools.

A distinction all our own.  Our tremendous and luxury 3 level home has a generous entrance way boasting heated floors. On the lower floor is the attached secure garage and ski storage, a Bunk room with a single over double bunk bed and a single over single bunk bed, and a bathroom. Second level has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 Bunk rooms with single over double beds. Access to hot tub on our private front deck with mountain vistas. Bathroom and private laundry facilities on this floor. Upper level is the heart of the Chalet with kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom.

Our Impressive Chalet is in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge right to the door.
