THE RAVEN CONDO 1519 - LAYOUT
Spacious 1185 square foot condo with private balcony. This Condo is on the third floor at the front of the Raven building facing toward the mountains. All rooms are on one level, offering easy wheelchair access.
The Master bedroom at the front has a private ensuite bathroom with steam shower enclosure and great views. Bedroom 2 and the cosy Den are close to the main bathroom as you enter the Condo. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with the lounge area accessing the deck with BBQ and hot tub. There are 2 secure parking spots as well as 2 ski lockers for guest use.

LIVING AREA
Lovely, bright and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area window. A relaxing central area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted 42" screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a stereo (I-pod compatible) and Nintendo WII games console, plus plenty of space to kick off your shoes and put your feet up.
DINING AREA
The dining area sits comfortably beside the lounge seating area and the Kitchen. A beautiful solid wood table with seating for family and friends holiday celebrations and gatherings.
KITCHEN
An impressive Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is well equipped for enthusiastic cooks, with everything you're likely to have at home and possibly more!
SUMMARY
Our home is modern, stylish and comfortable with much attention paid to detail. It is fully equipped to enable you to have exactly the kind of holiday that you are looking for. There is great open living space for family time and entertaining and beautifully decorated and furnished bedrooms. Kids (or adults) - can be cosy in bunks in the den. Enjoy watching the stars with a glass of wine on your private deck, or from the steaming hot tub. If you love cooking a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen has just about all the equipment you'd have at home and possibly more! Comfortable sofa and chairs surround a roaring fire and a wall mounted large screen plasma TV with DVDs and games console. There are also bar stools at the breakfast bar if you'd rather chat and share a drink with the chef. The family bathroom has a bath tub and the en-suite a large glass paneled steam shower enclosure, with underfloor heated cork floors throughout. 2 private & reserved car parking spots and ample secure lockable Ski storage comes with our condo for guest use.
THE RAVEN LOCATION
The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink, Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails. The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store. Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.
