THE RAVEN CONDO 1520 - LAYOUT
Spacious 1204 square foot second floor condo with private deck, hot tub and BBQ. The Master bedroom has a private ensuite with steam shower enclosure. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are very close to the main bathroom with bath tub and shower. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with good light and plenty of space.
LIVING AREA
Lovely, light and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area window and deck. A relaxing central area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted 42" plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a Stereo (I-pod compatible) and XBOX games console.
DINING AREA
The dining area sits comfortably between the lounge seating area and the Kitchen. A beautiful large solid wood table with leather seating for family and friends holiday celebrations and gatherings.
KITCHEN
An impressive Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is well equipped for enthusiastic cooks, with everything you're likely to have at home and possibly more!

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom SECOND level home is modern, stylish and comfortable. Views to the East and South overlooking Happy Valley area.
Sleeping 9 comfortably in the Queen in Master, Single/double bunk in the 2nd Bedroom, Queen in the 3rd Bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

THE RAVEN LOCATION
The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink, Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails. The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store. Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short walk across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.
