THE RAVEN CONDO 1527 - LAYOUT
Spacious 1047 square foot condo with private balcony. This Condo is on the third floor at the front of the Raven building facing toward the mountains. All rooms are on one level. The Master bedroom at the front has a private ensuite with steam shower enclosure and a Queen Bed. Bedroom 2 (Queen bed) and 3 (the Den with single over single bunks) are close to the main bathroom. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with the lounge area accessing the deck and hot tub. There are 2 secure parking spots and ample ski locker space for guest use.
LIVING AREA
Lovely, light and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area window. A relaxing central area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted large screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a stereo (I-pod compatible) and XBOX 360 games console.
DINING AREA
The dining area sits comfortably between the lounge seating area and the Kitchen. A beautiful solid wood table and seating for 6.
KITCHEN
An impressive Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is well equipped for enthusiastic cooks, with everything you're likely to have at home and possibly more!
SUMMARY
Located on the THIRD floor with views to the east. Entrance foyer with large closet carries through to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. On the right side of the foyer are the bedrooms. The Bunkroom (single over single bunk), Queen room and Master bedroom with ensuite. The main bathroom is on the left side of the foyer behind the kitchen. Private deck with Hot tub is off the living room and over looks the Monashee mountains.
THE RAVEN LOCATION
The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink. The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store.
Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to the Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short walk accross the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. You are also within easy walking distance of the Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails. There are fabulous mountain views from this condo of the Monashees and also down to Happy Valley.
