THE RAVEN PENTHOUSE 1530 - LAYOUT
Spacious 1,204 square foot penthouse with private balcony facing towards the mountains. All rooms are on one level being the 4th floor with the most elevated views from the building. High ceilings and oversized windows gives a very light and spacious feel. The master bedroom has private ensuite with steam shower room. All bedrooms are accessed from the main living area and the family bathroom is off the corridor as you enter the condo. There is a secure parking spot and a ski locker. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan with beautiful inset fireplace and wall mounted plasma TV. Access to the deck and hot tub is from the lounge area.
LIVING AREA
A lovely, spacious open plan area with oversized lounge windows looking towards the front of the Raven building, from here you can admire a truly magnificent view. A relaxing lounge area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted large screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a Stereo (I-pod compatible) and a Games console with games. There is plenty of space to kick off your shoes and put your feet up.
DINING AREA
The dining area is next to the kitchen - open plan. A beautiful large solid wood table with leather seating for family and friends holiday celebrations and gatherings. Additional seating at the breakfast bar.
KITCHEN
An impressive Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is well laid out and equipped for enthusiastic cooks, you’ll find everything you're likely to have at home and possibly more.
SUMMARY
Our home is modern, stylish and comfortable with much attention paid to detail. It is fully equipped to enable you to have exactly the kind of holiday that you are looking for. There is great open living space for family time and entertaining and beautifully furnished bedrooms. Enjoy the mountain views with a glass of wine on your private deck, or from the steaming hot tub. If you love cooking a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen has just about all the equipment you'd have at home and possibly more! There is also a gas barbeque on deck. Comfortable sofa and chairs surround a roaring fire and a wall mounted large screen plasma TV with DVDs and games console. There are also bar stools at the breakfast bar if you'd rather chat and share a drink with the chef. The family bathroom has a bath tub and the en-suite a large glass panelled steam shower enclosure, with underfloor heated cork floors throughout. A private & reserved car parking spot and secure lockable Ski storage comes with our condo for guest use.
THE RAVEN LOCATION
The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink. The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store.
Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.
You are also within easy walking distance of the Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails. There are fabulous mountain views from this Penthouse at The Raven and from Happy Valley.
