THE RAVEN PENTHOUSE 1542 - LAYOUT

This very large Penthouse is laid out over two levels, the loft being the upper from where you can look down over the banisters onto the level below.  This is an extremely spacious 3,100 square foot condo with 2 private balconies facing towards the mountains enjoying the best elevated views from the Raven building.  The lower level has huge open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.  The whole living space boasts high ceilings, huge windows giving much light and space and from the lounge area you can access both private decks.  Each of the 4 bedrooms on this lower level leads off of the main open living space and Master bedroom 1 and the Queen room have front facing views. Three of these lower level bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and there is a further family bathroom directly opposite the 4th bedroom without en-suite.  The upper loft level has its own family bathroom, bedroom 5, loft space with wet bar, pool table, TV and seating and a further separate Den with additional beds.  There are 3 secure parking spots and 2 secure ski lockers.

LIVING AREA

A abundance of living space with high vaulted ceilings and very tall windows from which to admire a truly magnificent view. A relaxing central area with large comfortable leather sofas in front of the fire. Wall mounted large screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player, stereo and selection of movies and music for all. Lots of space to kick off your shoes, put your feet up and admire the beautiful contemporary paintings and ornamental artwork as well as the breathtaking views.

DINING AREA

The dining area sits comfortably between the large living space and the Kitchen. A beautiful large solid wood table with leather seating for family and friends holiday celebrations and gatherings.

KITCHEN

An impressive Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is well equipped for enthusiastic cooks, with everything you're likely to have at home and more!

SUMMARY

Our holiday home is modern, stylish and extremely comfortable with attention paid to every detail. It is fully equipped to enable you to have exactly the kind of holiday that you are looking for, whether you are a small or large party. There is great open living space for family gatherings and entertaining and areas for those who want to have peace and privacy. Private space for Kids - could be the Den with bunk beds to sleep 5, large screen plasma TV and games console. The separate loft area also has its own large screen TV and games console, a pool table, a wet bar for mixing drinks and comfortable seating.  Adults can enjoy 'time out' with a glass of wine on one of the two private decks, or in the steaming hot tub under the stars.  If you love cooking a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen has just about all the equipment you'd have at home and probably more!  The breakfast bar with bar stools provides a perfect place for casual eating or sharing a drink with the chef!  There is plenty of comfy sofa seating surrounding a large roaring flame fire with wall mounted large screen plasma TV above.  There is also a DVD player and stereo and a good library of CDs, DVDs and books to enjoy. There are 5 bathrooms with steam shower enclosures in the en-suites. The entire condo has underfloor heating throughout.  Three private & reserved car parking spots and ample Ski storage is available for guest use.

THE RAVEN LOCATION

The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink. The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store.
Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage.  On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.  You are also within easy walking distance of the Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails. There are fabulous mountain views from this Penthouse at The Raven and from Happy Valley.
